At the Henley Hasler race last weekend, Southampton Canoe Club had a decent number of paddlers who raced, with 10 people racing K1, and 8 people racing K2.
The club came 5th overall with a total of 197 points, just behind Basingstoke and ahead of Pangbourne.
Well done to everyone who participated, and to everyone who supported the paddlers, and thank you for coming along.
Well done to the following paddlers for their achievements on Sunday:
- Matthew Hinves for being 3rd in Division 2 K1
- Leon Nicholson and Richard Elliot for being 2nd in Division 3 K2
- Charlie Cramer for being 3rd in Division 7 K1
- Poppy Gilbert-Johns for being 3rd in Division 9 K1 and being promoted to Division 8
- Nathaniel Lamb for being 2nd in Lightning U12 K1
